An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our well established , supportive team, located in the city centre of Hereford. We have a
patient list size of 12640 and CQC rating good.
The Practice follows BMA and model contract. 4 session surgeries, 15 minute phone and face to face appointments, a mix of on the day booked and pre booked patients plus one home visits (am session only) .
