About the role
Description
- *As a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse (LPN or RN), Provide advice & support to the Resident and their families.
- *Monitoring Resident and administering medications and treatment.
- *Document Resident Care services by charting in resident & department records.
- *Protect Resident & staff by adhering to infection control policies & protocols.
- *Resolves Resident problems & needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
Requirements
- *Should work well in a team environment.
- *Current License (LPN or RN) License in the State of Arkansas.
- *Long Term Care / Rehab experience preferred.
- *Excellent communication skills.
