Customer Service Representative and become a key part of a fun, supportive office that values your communication skills and commitment to excellence. You'll play a central role in helping customers get the service they need—while keeping our technicians organized and on time.
Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling HVAC or plumbing service appointments
Provide exceptional customer service by listening, problem-solving, and offering solutions
Dispatch technicians based on availability, skillset, and priority of service requests
Coordinate with the service team to adjust schedules in real-time
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and job updates in our scheduling software
Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction
Support general office duties as needed
Requirements: 1+ year of phone-based customer service experience (call center or similar environment preferred)
Dispatching experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Proficiency with scheduling or CRM software (experience with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar is a plus)
