About the role
Compensation: $82,500.00
Responsible for purchasing of components and parts of Natural Gas Compressor packages. Primary focus on CAT engines, Ariel compressors available from industry suppliers.
Specific functions
- Researching products and comparing prices
- Assessing the quality and reliability of potential suppliers
- Soliciting bids from potential suppliers
Tracking purchases and shipments
Reviewing requisition forms, including the vendor, dates of approval and product quantity
Work with F&A and Operations to cost AFE's and work orders; track AFE spend, reconcile AFE at project close
Forecasting inventory requirements
Administering vendor contracts, including drafting and following up on those needing renewal
