We are seeking to appoint a Clinical Lead to work within Ancora House as part of our Ancora CARE Team.
To support the Team Manager in delivering a high quality Mental HealthService for Children and Young People of the Cheshire and MerseyCAMHS. To provide clinical leadership within the team and managementsupport, deputising for the Team Manager in their absence. The postholder will be expected to work autonomously within a multi disciplinaryframework, providing training and staff development, specialistassessment for admission to Tier 4 Services, clinical support and timelimited intervention to service users. The post holder will act as a source of expertise and point of contact within the team and demonstrate highlyspecialised communication skills and problem solving abilities whenprioritising risk.
