What You'll Do
As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners by diagnosing issues, providing solutions, and ensuring optimal system performance.
Responsibilities include
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
- Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Relevant HVAC certifications and licensing
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years of age due to company insurance requirements
- Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to grow
