What You'll Do
As a Residential Service Plumber, you'll be a trusted resource for homeowners by delivering expert solutions and exceptional service on every call.
Responsibilities include
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and equipment
- Install, replace, and maintain plumbing fixtures, piping, water heaters, and related systems
- Conduct thorough system evaluations and identify the best solutions for homeowners
- Educate customers on their options while helping them make informed decisions
- Deliver a professional, five-star customer experience from start to finish
- Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
- Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to build trust and rapport with homeowners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- 21+ years old is required driving age
