Salary: £39959.00 to £48117.00
In this role, you'll be trusted to assess and manage patients with a range of urgent care needs, ensuring safe and timely treatment. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team while developing your practice through in-house competencies.
What you'll do:
Assess, examine and prioritise patients presenting with undiagnosed conditions
Plan and deliver safe treatment, referring patients to specialist or emergency services when needed
Work independently within your professional scope, using evidence-based clinical judgement
Communicate clearly and sensitively with patients, carers and other health and care professionals
Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to safe, effective service delivery
