About the role

Clariness is looking for a Project Manager – Creative Services (f/m/d) to bring structure, clarity and momentum to patient recruitment focussed creative projects In this role, you will coordinate projects from initial briefing through to final delivery, ensuring that websites, , printed materials and other creative deliverables are delivered on time, within scope and to a consistently high standard. You will work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, web developers, internal stakeholders and external partners to keep projects moving, ensuring effective collaboration and client satisfaction

This is a full-time, fixed-term position to cover a period of maternity leave.

As a Creative Project Manager (PMO), you would be responsible for:

• Managing creative projects, including websites, and printed materials, from initial briefing through to final delivery.Managing the delivery of KPIs, budgets, priorities, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinating work across graphic designers, copywriters, web developers and other specialists to support effective collaboration and timely delivery.
• Effective internal stakeholder and client management, to keep all parties informed about project progress, upcoming milestones, changing priorities and potential delivery challenges Ensuring that all creative deliverables meet or exceed agreed quality standards and project requirements whilst keeping to scope and timelinesIdentifying and implementing improvements within creative operations to increase delivery speed, quality, transparency and collaboration.

We would like you to have:

• 2-3 years of project management experience, with a proven ability to lead projects independently from planning through to delivery.
• Previous experience in clinical research or a creative agency environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating work across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, with practical experience managing timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks and delivery expectations.
• Competence in Excel and project management tools.
• Experience working within a PMO, operational governance model or standardised project delivery framework would be a strong advantage.
• Exposure to patient recruitment focussed creative production workflows would be beneficial.
