We’re seeking an Experienced Bookkeeper to manage the monthly accounting for our business clients. This is an opportunity to grow with a firm that values expertise, precision, and client relationships. This is an onsite position for our main office located in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
What You’ll Do
Monthly Bookkeeping
Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping for a portfolio of 20-30 small business clients.
Financial Reports
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and customized reports to support client decision-making.
Client Communication
Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their questions and ensuring they feel supported.
Reconciliations
Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
Problem Solving
Identify discrepancies and provide solutions to maintain accurate records.
Collaboration
Work closely with our CPA and tax advisory team to ensure seamless client service.
Who You Are
Experienced
Minimum of 4-8 years of bookkeeping experience (preferably with multiple clients).
Tech-Savvy
Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and other accounting software. Experience with Fathom/and or Bill.com is a plus.
Detail-Oriented
You thrive in organizing numbers and processes. Accuracy is your middle name!
Client-Focused
You’re personable, professional, and always looking to add value.
Efficient
Skilled at managing time and juggling multiple priorities without missing deadlines.
Problem-Solver
You enjoy resolving challenges and improving processes for efficiency.
