An opportunity has arisen at College Surgery Partnership for a practice nurse to join our friendly team of nurses who serve a community of 19,000+ patients.
The successful applicant will be involved with a full range of treatment room duties and management of long term conditions, ideally with a background in diabetes management. This is an exciting proposition for the right candidate to work with a forward thinking and dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide assessment, treatment, screening, health education services and advice to patients on general health with support and guidance from our experienced team of 8 GP Partners, 10 Salaried GPs, 6 Nurse Practitioners, Allied Health Professionals, Paramedics, Pharmacist and nursing team.
Within agreed protocols provide nursing services, treatments and health screening to patients in participation with General Practitioners or independently.
