The ideal candidate will be a proactive, caring and highly organised professional with experience of supporting teaching and learning within a primary school setting. They will be committed to delivering high-quality support to pupils of all abilities, working effectively alongside teachers and other staff, and helping to create positive learning experiences that encourage children to thrive. The successful candidate will also be keen to contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold the values and aspirations of our trust community
