As a Transporter at Royal Oaks Hospital, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safe, reliable transportation of patients.

This position is based at Royal Oaks Hospital, a subsidiary of Compass Health Network.
- Safely transport patients while following all traffic laws and ensuring seatbelt use
- Work collaboratively with hospital staff to maintain smooth operations
- Serve as a preceptor and mentor for new staff members
- Complete required training and continuing education, including CALM and CPR
- Observe urinalysis collection as needed
- Report and schedule vehicle maintenance, emergency breakdowns, or accidents per policy
- Promote quality improvement initiatives within the hospital
- Maintain knowledge of hospital policies and comply with Federal, State, and TJC regulations
High School/GED preferred
Work Experience/Training/Additional Requirements
- Experience in patient transportation, healthcare, or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
Licensure/Certification
- Must have a valid Class E Missouri driver’s license or ability to obtain within 60 days
