Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
- and help residents maximize their independence, safety, and quality of life.
- What You'll Do: Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy services to improve daily living skills and functional independence
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Supervise and support Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
- Complete timely documentation, care planning, and billing
- Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapy programs and safe functional practices
- Participate in discharge planning and care conferences
Requirements
- What We're Looking For: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice
- Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
- Skilled nursing, rehab, or geriatric experience preferred
