OTR Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide skilled OT interventions to improve functional abilities, independence, and quality of life
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Complete timely and accurate documentation
Collaborate with nursing, therapy team members, and other healthcare professionals to support positive outcomes
Qualifications:
Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Michigan
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
