What You’ll Do
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Help patients improve their strength, mobility, coordination, and independence with daily activities.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress.
- Collaborate with therapists and interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on techniques that promote safety and independence.
What We’re Looking For
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current Michigan OTA licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- A passion for helping patients reach their rehabilitation goals.
