Requirements
What You'll Do
Under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist, you will:
Provide physical therapy treatments according to established plans of care
Collaborate with Physical Therapists, interdisciplinary care teams, residents, and families
Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation
Educate staff, residents, and family members on therapy programs and functional mobility strategies
Help residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life
Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of practice
New graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Post-Acute settings is a plus
