What You'll Do
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and the rehab team
Complete timely and accurate documentation
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs
Help residents maximize mobility, independence, and quality of life
Qualifications
Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Michigan
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
