PRN Physical Therapist (PT)
to join our rehabilitation team in
North Muskegon, Michigan
. This position offers the opportunity to work with a supportive interdisciplinary team while making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.
What You'll Do
Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation professionals
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment techniques and safety strategies

Qualifications
Current Michigan Physical Therapist license
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Strong clinical and communication skills
Skilled nursing, post-acute, or geriatric experience preferred
