Job Type: PRN / Per Diem
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Occupational Therapist (OT)
to join our therapy team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities, increase independence, and achieve their highest level of function.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide occupational therapy services to improve functional abilities and quality of life
Assess and recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license
Strong communication and patient care skills
Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare settings preferred
