- We are seeking a compassionate and motivated
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
to join our therapy team in
Adrian, Michigan
. This part-time opportunity is ideal for an SLP looking for a flexible schedule while providing meaningful care to patients and residents.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide evidence-based speech therapy interventions
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with OT, PT, nursing, physicians, and other members of the care team
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment recommendations
What We're Looking For
Current
Michigan Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in good standing
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
