We’re looking for a
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- to join our team in
- Alma, MI on a PRN basis. If you enjoy building relationships with patients, working alongside a supportive clinical team, and having the flexibility of PRN scheduling, this could be a great fit.
- As an SLP, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with patients on communication, cognition, and swallowing needs while helping them maintain or regain independence.
In This Role, You Will
- Evaluate patients and identify individualized speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs
- Develop and provide appropriate treatment interventions
- Help patients improve communication and functional abilities
- Address swallowing and dietary safety needs as appropriate
- Monitor progress and update treatment plans
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Communicate with families, caregivers, nursing, and other therapy professionals
Participate as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team
What We're Looking For
Current
Michigan Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in good standing
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
ASHA certification preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused
Ability to work effectively with patients and a multidisciplinary team
