We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join the Northern Nevada Health System ’s expanding outpatient primary care team in beautiful Reno, Nevada. Overview
Employment Type: Employed, full‑time position
Schedule Flexibility
Either 4-10's or 5-8's depending on your wants
Call
Minimal, shared, and very manageable (99% outpatient)
Patient Volume
Consistent outpatient panel with room to grow
Location: New NNMG Primary Care facility in Reno, Nevada
Support/Care Team
Dedicated MA support, front office staff, schedulers
Technology
Cerner with AI Scribe functionality to streamline documentation
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine care for patients of all ages
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support teams to deliver high‑quality care
- Manage day‑to‑day clinical responsibilities in a modern, efficient outpatient environment
- Utilize Cerner for documentation, supported by AI Scribe technology
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary: In the $300K–$370K range

Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Board Certification required upon start)
- Active or ability to obtain an unrestricted Nevada medical license
