Aiken Regional Medical Centers in Aiken, SC is recruiting a BC/BE Internal Medicine & Infectious Disease physician. This position will include outpatient primary care and infectious disease inpatient consults.

- Approximately 50% infectious disease care and 50% internal medicine / primary care

Responsibilities
- Support ARMC's mission of delivering high quality, compassionate care to the community of Aiken and surrounding area
- Provide comprehensive internal medicine and infectious disease care in a community setting
- Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of infectious diseases and internal medicine conditions
- Provide preventative care including well visits, screenings, and health education including Diabetes Education
- Manage both acute and chronic conditions, including infection prevention, treatment planning, and follow-up care
Requirements
BC/BE Internal Medicine & Infectious Disease
Active, clear SC license and DEA or ability to obtain
Clean professional background
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate bedside manner
Commitment to team-based care, teaching, and outpatient practice
