Seeking Adult / Family Nurse Practitioner with Multi-specialty Group in Riverside CA (Spanish Speaking Preferred)
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated
Full-Time Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner
to join our well-established outpatient practice at Riverside Medical Clinic in
Riverside CA - Temescal Valley/Brockton locations.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with strong administrative support and a focus on preventative care and chronic disease management. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse patient population, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions.
Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred to better serve our multicultural patient population.

- Schedule / Hours: Monday Through Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm (36 clinical hours per week)

- Patient Volume: 18 – 22 patients daily

Responsibilities
Provide
Outpatient Primary Care services to a diverse patient population, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions.
Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff
Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities
Document care using EPIC EMR
Compensation & Benefits
Salary
$120k – 150k annually (productivity incentives/bonus eligible)

Qualifications
Master’s or Doctorate degree from and accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Board Certified as an Adult-Gerontology or Family Nurse Practitioner
Bilingual Spanish / English preferre
- Active or eligible California license
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Commitment to culturally competent, patient-centered care
