Seeking Outpatient Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician in Beautiful Southern California, Riverside CA
We are seeking a Full-time Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Infectious Diseases Physician to join a well-established, multi-specialty medical group serving the vibrant and rapidly expanding community of Temescal Valley, CA. This role offers a partnership tract as well as an excellent work life balance. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse patient population, focusing on treatment of management of complex infectious diseases including HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B and C, Osteomyelitis, Endocarditis and Multidrug-resistant infections.

Quick Facts
- Employment Type: Full-Time Associate
- Schedule / Hours: Monday Through Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm (36 clinical hours per week)
- Call: Hospital Consults (as agreed)
- Patient Volume: 18 – 22 patients daily
- Location: Temescal Valley CA
- Practice Setting: Multi-specialty
- Support / Care Team: Dedicated MA or LVN Support
- EMR / Technology: EPIC
Responsibilities
Inpatient infectious disease consultations
Outpatient management of complex infectious conditions including:
HIV/AIDS
Hepatitis B and C
Osteomyelitis
Endocarditis
Multidrug-resistant infections
- Oversight of outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy (OPAT)
- Participation in infection control and antimicrobial stewardship initiatives
- Collaboration with hospitalists, intensivists, surgeons, and primary care physicians
Optional involvement in quality improvement and program development

Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff
Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities
Document care using EPIC EMR
Compensation & Benefits
Salary
$280k – $320k annually (productivity incentives/bonus eligible
