Salary: £25760.00 to £27476.00
We
are looking for Health care support workers to join our community nursing team
with a number of vacancies countywide.
Successful applicants will be required to
provide nursing care to a variety of patients within their own home or living
environment which will include insulin administration, wound care, sample
collection ie venepuncture , recording
observations plus many other aspects of patient care. This job entails lone
working.
The
successful applicant will be required to carry out basic wound care, clinical
observations, administer insulin and provide general care and support to
patients and their families. Full training can be given and care scheduled by a
registrant
