Salary: £39959.00 to £48117.00
We are looking to recruit a Registered Mental Health Nurse to fill our Deputy Ward Manager role and you could be just the person we are looking for! Experience in management is not essential however you must be motivated, kind, compassionate and be willing to work as part of a team, with a can-do attitude to be successful in this role.
The post holder will be responsible for assisting the Ward Manager in all duties relating to the overall continuing responsibility for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care and the setting of standards of care through audits.
