Cranleigh Medical Practice is expanding its Urgent On-the-Day Care Team and is looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse or Paramedic to join us in an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) development role.

We are looking for a clinician who:

The Advanced Clinical Practitioner -ACP- is an experienced
clinician working autonomously within the Cranleigh Medical Practice clinical
team. The postholder will have a Level six or seven clinical diagnostic and assessment
qualification. You will have a minimum of five years experience in urgent
care, primary care, or an acute clinical setting, delivering safe, effective,
and person-centred care across a broad spectrum of presentations both acute
and chronic for adults and children -aged 1 year and above. As this is a
development role, training will be given to a suitable candidate in relation to
paediatrics.
