POSITION
Production Associate – Test – Level 2
REPORTS
TO
Cell
Team Leader
AREA
Production
QUALIFICATIONS
High school education or equivalent
Ability to read
and
understand test procedures
Excellent verbal
and
written communication skills
Good computer skills
Works well in team environment
IPC-A-610 certification preferred

Experience testing PCBs
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:
- Set up and test units per procedures using automated equipment
- Identification of proper equipment to be used
- Properly fill out production documentation
Notify
Electronic
Technician of non-conforming units or test fixtures
Identify
electronic components (polarity, incorrect
part , etc.)
Rotate to different workstations
- and
- different cells as needed
- Documents pass/fail results and troubleshoot information in the MES System (Vision)
- As required – compile and
- validate
- test results and test logs for customer and regulatory requirements
- As required – complete hour-by-hour forms or other documentation for cycle time/performance analysis
- Set-up and test units per procedures using correct equipment
- Use of non-automated equipment when necessary (DMM, Oscilloscope, etc.)
