We are a large friendly training practice with a strong emphasis on Team work and learning. We aim to provide high quality care for patients while maintaining a realistic and supportive workload for clinicians.
Provide high-quality, patient-centred care within a modern General Practice setting.
Undertake routine and urgent clinical consultations using our established patient triage model.
Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records using EMIS Web.
Participate in clinical meetings, educational events and Practice Learning Time (PLT) sessions.
Work collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team to support excellent outcomes for patients.
Contribute to Enhanced Access provision through a small number of evening and/or Saturday sessions (to be agreed).
Engage with quality improvement activities, teaching opportunities and Practice developments where appropriate.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP, either newly qualified or experienced, to join our busy Practice. You will deliver a full range of general medical services, including both in-person and remote consultations, the management of acute and long-term conditions, and the provision of preventative care. You will work closely with the wider multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure patients receive coordinated and effective care.
