Are you an enthusiastic and adaptable Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) with experience working in a busy General Practice environment? We are looking for a motivated clinician to join our expanding and well-established ACP team, where collaboration, professional support, and ongoing development are at the heart of what we do.
The post holder
will work as a member of the Practice Team. The post holder will be responsible
for recognising, negotiating and implementing processes to enhance the delivery
of care.
This
