Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP)

- The FLDP is a three-year rotational program designed for early-career professionals who want to build
- a strong foundation
- in finance while developing leadership skills at a Fortune 10 company. Throughout the program,
- you'll
- gain hands-on experience, work on meaningful business initiatives, and learn from finance leaders across the organization.
- As an FLDP participant,
- you'll
- complete
- three one-year rotations
that provide exposure to key areas of finance, including:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Data Analytics & Visualization
Financial Operations
Controllership Fundamentals
- During these rotations,
- you'll
- develop skills in financial analysis,
- executive communication , data-driven decision making, and
- technical
- expertise .

- corporate finance in the healthcare industry.

Required Qualifications
Up to 1.5 years of professional experience, including internships, co-ops, or other relevant business experience
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, VBA, Alteryx, Tableau, or SQL
- Agility with AI tools such as Claude and CoPilot

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
