Job Description Summary

As a member of the Property Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) in the Americas, the Senior Marketing Specialist, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operational infrastructure that allows the COE to run efficiently, consistently, and at scale. This role partners closely with the Director of Property Marketing to manage the systems, vendors, processes, and reporting that support the broader marketing team.
Unlike marketing roles focused primarily on campaign strategy and execution, this position is centered on operational excellence: keeping projects moving efficiently through Asana, ensuring SharePoint resources are current and well-organized, managing vendor relationships and research, overseeing invoicing for revenue-generation items, building and maintaining team process documentation, and producing the client reporting, analytics, and presentation materials that support leadership and client-facing meetings.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive operator who thrives on solving process problems, brings comfort working across systems and tools, and can confidently manage vendor, financial, and reporting workflows in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is someone who does not simply maintain existing processes, but actively looks for ways to make the organization work smarter, faster, and more consistently.
