About the role
Salary: £114099.00 to £166585.00
The successful candidate will be based at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital, Llantrisant, and will spend time at Prince Charles Hospital and Ysbyty Cwm Rhondda. They will complement the existing dermatology service across Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board and be expected to provide on average 7 clinical sessions per week. The dermatology consultants rotate between outpatients, ward work and subspecialty sessions. This allows protected time for audit, research and teaching and will facilitate the development of the dermatology service. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to service mapping and to service redesign within the newCwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.
To ensure the provision of a first-class clinical service
The post holder will provide with clinical colleagues, a dermatology service to the hospitals within the Health Board, with responsibility for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of illness.
