CASE REVIEW SPECIALIST

A reputable, fast-growing law firm practicing employment law is seeking to fill full-time Case Review Specialists in its Pasadena office as detailed below.
Title
: Case Review Specialist (on-site, not remote)
Location
: Pasadena, CA
Hours
: Full-Time / 40 Hours Per Week (Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm)
Starting Pay
: $30 per hour
Minimum Requirements
: Bachelor’s Degree; Office Work Experience.
Experience / Training
: Prior law office experience is a plus but not required if the candidate possesses the right analytical and critical thinking skills. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities
:
- Review and analyze documents / information collected from prospective clients,
- Summarize important details from documents,
- Use analytical skills to connect important facts to one another,
- Research defendants and lawsuits,
- Work closely with attorneys to provide case support,
- Other similar duties as necessary

Computer Skills Preferred
- : Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Email / Calendar / Planner, Adobe
- Acrobat, Apple Operating System.
Language Skills
: Fluent in English (spoken & written).
