- Experience of work in a school/college environment – preferred but not essential
- Be able to swim (preferable but not essential)
- Team skills e.g. willingness to work with others, provide support and learn from colleagues
- A record of excellent attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to undertake training in use of cleaning products, machinery and safe-systems of working
