The Practice Development Nurse (PDN) will provide senior clinical leadership, education, and quality improvement expertise to support the delivery of safe, effective, and evidence-based haemodialysis services within an independent healthcare provider. The postholder will lead practice development, workforce capability, and standardisation of care across multiple sites in England and Wales.
