Salary: $52,727.00 to $53,727.00 Per Year
This position is located at Stars and Stripes Europe, Kaiserslautern, Germany. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
Major duties
The Multimedia Consultant (MMC) is responsible for selling all products and services using the customer-focused consultative selling process, a relationship-based sales technique which requires the MMC to analyze the customer's needs.
Develop individualized strategies, and provide client-need based account management to maximize client/agency results and revenue growth.
Manages an assigned group of current accounts and is responsible for building relationships and growing revenue from that group. Develops new accounts and additional sales.
Identifies prospects, moves them through the sales process from proposal to purchase order, monitors production, tracks results and maintains the relationship through routine follow-up contacts.
Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Three (3) years of specialized work experience which includes (but is not limited to) duties such as: analyzing the customer's needs, developing individualized strategies, and managing client's account in order to maximize revenue growth, etc. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or a related discipline AND one (1) year of specialized work experience which includes (but is not limited to) duties such as: analyzing the customer's needs, developing individualized strategies, and managing client's account in order to maximize revenue growth, etc. Have the ability to maintain a valid driver's license. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Experience in a multimedia company or agency selling advertising with a digital focus. Have a working knowledge of the military and MWR community. Applicant meeting the Best Qualifying Criteria/Highly Preferred will be referred to the hiring manager.
