RV Sales Representative
Uncapped Commission, Paid Licensing, Sundays Off

Kunes RV of Elkhorn sells new and used travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers and motorhomes from brands like Forest River, Coachmen, Winnebago and Alliance. Kunes RV was named a 2026 RVBusiness Top 50 Blue Ribbon Dealer. We're hiring an RV Sales Representative in Elkhorn, serving customers from Lake Geneva, Delavan, Whitewater, Janesville, Kenosha, Burlington and all of Walworth County.
No RV experience? No problem. We hire people from car sales, powersports, boat sales, retail, outdoor retail and hospitality, and we train you on the product. We'll also help you get your Wisconsin salesperson license and pay for the test.
What you'll do
- Greet customers on the lot and in the showroom, learn how they camp and help them find the right RV
- Walk customers through floor plans, features and towing basics
- Work leads by phone, text and email, and follow up until the deal closes
- Work deals with the sales manager and finance team through delivery
- Stay in touch with customers after the sale for referrals and repeat business
- Keep up on inventory and new models through product training
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Customer service, retail, hospitality or sales experience (car, RV, boat or powersports sales is a plus, not required)
- Comfortable with commission-based pay
- Friendly, coachable and good at following up
- Available weekdays and Saturdays, and comfortable outdoors showing units on the lot
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Schedule
Full-time. Store hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-7pm, Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-5pm. Closed Sundays.
