Responsibilities: Research hotel options and secure reservations
Support clients with availability, rates, and questions
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all bookings
Maintain professionalism and timely responses
Skills & Experience: Excellent customer-service mindset
Comfort working in a virtual environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required
