Salary: £39959.00 to £48117.00
We are looking
for a dynamic and enthusiastic registered nurse or mental health nurse to work
in the Community Eating Disorder Service (CEDS). This role will predominately be
in our physical health team but there is also the opportunity to undertake other
areas of work in the main team alongside this.
To work closely with other multi-disciplinary team members in the assessment of clients needs and provision of treatment to individuals with a diagnosis of an Eating Disorder.
To provide individual psychoeducation to patients and their family/carers especially in relation to the physical health complications associated with an eating disorder
To ensure that clinical and professional standards are maintained.
To assess care needs, develop, implement and evaluate individual care plans & risk assessments
To undertake physical health assessments including observations i.e. blood pressure, weigh checks, Pulse, ECGs and take bloods.
Facilitation, promotion and supervision of education and audit.
To promote and improve quality of service provided.
