A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Mental
Health Practitioner within the Taw Core Adult Mental Health Team based at West
Pilton Health & Wellbeing Clinic, Barnstaple.
The post holder will deliver high quality comprehensive
mental health services. The role involves managing a defined caseload with a
focus on providing expert assessment and treatment for people with complex
mental health difficulties. Liaising with the persons family, carers and
partner agencies to provide and balanced and informed approach.
