JOB TITLE: Inventory Control Clerk
JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for maintaining daily inventory activities. Must have knowledge of manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain management.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of experience in manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain management
At least 1 year of experience as an inventory associate or relevant role
Must be able to sit, stand, climb stairs, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs

Excellent foresight and communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong critical thinking skills
Strong math skills
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Forklift certified
CORE DUTIES
Maintaining and updating required inventory levels for goods, products, and materials
Conducting quality checks on stored inventory to comply with company standards
Processing and documenting returned items
Implementing inventory management procedures
Performing clerical functions such as answering calls, entering data into computers, and assisting customers
Monitoring inventory losses and implementing loss-prevention programs
Pulling kits for builds in progress
Pulling parts sales orders
Precisely record each incoming and outgoing shipment
Notify purchaser of low stock
Greet the gate and hand out parts for builds in progress
Maintain cleanliness of parts room
Prepare parts room for inventory quarterly
Maintain return kits
Receive all incoming inventory
Create and scan item receipts in Quickbooks
Package all outgoing UPS shipments
Provide weight and dimensions for outgoing shipments
Assist in shipping as needed
Additional duties as assigned by the Inventory Manager or Lead
HOURS
1st shift position
Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen. Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
