What You’ll Do
Automotive Glass Installation
- Replace windshields, side glass, and back glass
- Prepare vehicles and installation surfaces properly
- Follow manufacturer procedures and industry safety standards
- Complete clean, professional installations without leaks or comebacks
ADAS Calibration
- We will provide training.
- Perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations
- Set up calibration targets and equipment
Complete required road-test calibrations
Verify cameras, sensors, and safety systems are functioning correctly
Diagnostics and Scanning
Perform pre-repair and post-repair vehicle scans
Identify diagnostic trouble codes
Assist in troubleshooting camera, sensor, and electrical concerns
Confirm repairs and calibrations meet OEM specifications
Documentation and Quality Control
- Document repairs, scans, and calibration results accurately
- Follow established safety and quality procedures
- Maintain clean, organized tools and work areas
- Ensure every vehicle is returned safely and professionally

Requirements
- Automotive glass installation or replacement experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Ability to follow precise procedures and manufacturer specifications
- Comfort learning diagnostic equipment and new technology
- Dependability, professionalism, and a team-first attitude
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- Previous ADAS calibration experience is helpful, but it is not required
- . We are willing to train an experienced glass technician who is motivated to learn.
