This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly skilled therapy team, working across hospice and community services to provide specialist occupational therapy assessments, goal-focused interventions and practical support. You'll work alongside nurses, physiotherapists, doctors, counsellors and other allied health professionals, helping to shape innovative palliative care services while championing a holistic rehabilitative approach.
SPECIALIST OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - PALLIATIVE CARE | Band 6 | £20.44 - £24.61 per hour
