Dorset NHS Foundation Trust in partnership with Dorset County Hospital (DCH) in Dorchester is offering an opportunity to join the dynamic
Band 5 Rotational Physiotherapy
program on a fixed term contract for 7 months.
To provide a high quality person centred approach to care delivery whichalways considers people's safety, privacy and dignity.To undertake assessment of patients / service users care needs, anddevelop programmes of care/Rehabilitation as part of the wider multidisciplinary care team.To provide advice to patients/ service users and carers regarding theircare.To plan, implement and review health improvement programmes in arange of settings.Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to students andjunior staff in the team.
