Overview
✨ Stylist Opportunity – Drybar Nashville (Capitol View)
- NOW OFFERING AN OCTOBER SIGN ON BONUS of $250 - Must be officially on the floor BY or BEFORE 10/31/26 *
- You will also get an ADDITIONAL Bonus of $200-$300 for Training (Hourly rate + any tips or commission from models)- Must complete 30 days at Drybar *
All Stylists must work one weekend shift (Either a Saturday or Sunday Weekly)

We offer a

Hourly Pay Progression
- $12.00 starting
- $12.50 at 6 months
- $13.00 at 18 months
Commission Opportunities
10% on Product + Tool Sales
(Products range from $14–$295 💸)
20% on Add-On Services
- (From $15 enhancements to $25 premium upgrades)
- $5–$10 per Membership Sold (Barfly Single + Barfly Double = easy wins!)

Passionate about
blowouts, styling, and client experience

bring great energy to every shift
Requirements
Active TN Cosmetology, Braider, or Barber License
Ability to work
at least 2 shifts per week (Each shift is 8 hours)
Must work
1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
