About the role

Grace Adventures is a religious organization that makes employment decisions on Bible based beliefs and practices. Because of the nature of our Christian program; Christian belief, character, and practice are essential requirements of employment positions.
SUMMARY OF POSITION: Fulfill the ministry of Grace Adventures and demonstrate the foot washing philosophy by serving guests while maintaining a standard of excellence throughout campground facilities. This person must be friendly and engaging towards guests.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain cleaning standards for all campus facilities and buildings
Monitor and maintain accommodations supplies- report back to Team Lead/ Zone Manager
Keep laundry facilities clean and organized
Keep cleaning closets clean, organized and restocked
Prompt and thorough reporting of maintenance issues and requests
Maintain neat and professional appearance in compliance with Dunes Harbor’s dress code
Obey all policies and rules
All other duties as assigned
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: To serve guests by maintaining a standard of excellence in regard to care and cleanliness of all Dunes Harbor facilities
Understand Grace Adventure’s ministry and be supportive of its goals
Serve campground staff as needed
RESPONSIBLE TO: Dunes Harbor Family Camp Director
REPORTS TO: Housekeeping Supervisor

Displays a good work ethic

Ability to work alone and also with a team
Is willing to have a flexible schedule (work evenings and weekends)
Good health and stamina is required to implement routine cleaning. This will involve long hours and lifting at times.
