Description
- Grace Adventures is a religious organization that makes employment decisions on Bible based beliefs and practices. Because of the nature of our Christian program; Christian belief, character, and practice are essential requirements of employment positions.
- SUMMARY OF POSITION: Fulfill the ministry of Grace Adventures and demonstrate the foot washing philosophy by serving guests while maintaining a standard of excellence in the campground store. This person must be friendly and engaging towards guests.
- GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain Inventory and report to Supervisor/ Team Lead items that need to be reordered
- Restock and reset store daily after each evening closing
- Balance cash drawer each evening
- Assist with display items on walls and/or counters in an attractive way
- Monitor stock in ice machines and monitor patio cleanliness
- Maintain the store in a clean and neat condition; always be in a ready state
- Maintain neat and professional appearance in compliance with Dunes Harbor’s dress code
- Able to count money and make correct change
- Obey all policies and rules
- All other duties as assigned
- RESPONSIBLE TO: Dunes Harbor Family Camp Director
- REPORTS TO: Retail Supervisor & Retail Team Lead
Requirements
- QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum age: 14
- Have a personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ
- Ability to interact well with people
- Work well alone and with others
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
- Desires to be part of a team
- Is willing to have a flexible schedule (evenings and weekends)
- Good health and stamina is required to implement campground programming. This will involve long hours and lifting at times.
